Trump was actually to the left of Hillary economically, which is why he won. The evidence of that is him pushing for more stimulus. That might have been lies to get elected and he knew Mitch would be the bad cop who would stop it. Putting tariffs on china is also a lw idea, it's like raising taxes on the rich, and repubs are usually against it.
This is a great point that makes me feel like standing up and clapping:
You can blame it on Sinema and Manchin, but the only reason most Democrats even support left-wing economic policy is because they know they can rely on the aforementioned Senators to block whatever they pretend to fight for. If the Democrats won another seat: I’m sure we’d have some centrist “New Democrat” step in as the third pariah.

Strongly disagree, Hillary lost because she's not likeable and she hasn't accomplished anything worth political devotion. At the end of the day she's just Bill Clinton's much cheated upon wife.
