I don't understand why they say he is fed protected? Because he hasn't been arrested yet? Could that be because repubs are protecting him? I don't like the idea that the Jan 6 thing was a false flag and the FBI tricked poor maga folks into doing it. I think it'd be a good thing to do, just don't leave after. Usually FBI false flags kill innocent people, to blame it on muslims or to try to gain support for gun control. But now it looks like repubs and maga folks are basically saying sorry for that, they were tricked into it, they didn't mean it.

It's all there in the title. "Mystery Instigator" means they are "Fed-Protecting" and keeping his identity/history secret. He may even be a CIA or FBI agent, employee, or an asset.
