To start vaccines aren’t 100% effective. Not everyone who is inoculated will respond in the same way. Those who are elderly or whose immune systems are faulty, damaged or stressed by some other illness are less likely to mount a robust response than someone younger and fitter. A bullet will either kill or just injure the person.

guns and vaccines aren't 100% effective. you might miss with the gun. you still might get covid with the vaccine

that is fine. The problem is the vaccine has side effects causing heart problems. The gun doesn't. It'd be like if the gun was somehow made in a way that it went off without you pulling the trigger and shot you, a design flaw where even if it was used correctly and safely by the person it still killed them.

It's like a gun that could have blanks, or armor piercing rounds.

Also, there's no safety mechanism.

Also, the gun can spontaneously fire at any time after purchase.

Horror stories have been written about similar guns. It's rumored to have nano bots that may take control of your body.

You're not supposed to ask questions about the gun, and you can't work or travel in make places without the gun.

It's probably fine. Nothing to see.

Being held liable for your product working as intended vs. No liability on a product that that does the opposite of what it was intended to do.

I can see if you bought a gun for your own safety but when the time came and you had to fire at a guy to protect yourself and it just sprayed acid in your face and then burst in flames in your hands a thing the gun manufacturers would be responsible for which makes sense. I mean imagine a product you thought was to protect you ended up badly injuring or killing you and did nothing to protect you, wait.......WAAAAITT!

        If any buisness, gun manufacturer or otherwise, knowingly or through criminal negligence harms someone they are liable. No need to muddy the waters with gun politics on this one.

        yeah gun company remington got sued by sandy hook parents. Gun companies have immunity cuz of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. The connecticut supreme court decided that didn't matter. Remington decided to just offer the families $33 million.

        I've heard this argument made in a similar way.

        Did this logic apply to the US farmsteaders? Essentially, alone on the prairie, except they had ~8 children per household. Or the Amish?

        I think we could find plenty of evidence that the oligarchs planned long ago, and made it unaffordable to have a large family in a modern society.

        This post is about liability if things go wrong with the shot, of which there is none. If this shot is a mass killing depopulation agenda I am not sure they would be too worried about being sued when billions of people are dead from it. Although not completely impossible, there is no evidence for that at this point.

        The difference, is guns can keep the powerful in check in their race to destroy individual autonomy and independence, while the vaccine IS part and parcel of their race to destroy individual autonomy and independence.
