They work eight days a week.

What a load of crap, they choose to work at the company. When I see this crap I can understand why company's hire illegals. Avg. Base Salary $83k/ year or $22.20/ hour, $9k Avg. Bonus. Production Operator $18 hr, Machine Operator $21 hr, so fire all the striking workers and hire illegals who would love the job.

Libertarians always say this, as if workers not wanting to be unemployed means everyone can pay slave wages. You pretend like they can just apply for a job at a competitor and suddenly get better wages, hours, working conditions, etc. The cereal industry is an oligopoly, so there's little real choice for workers or consumers.

Furthermore, workers have a right to ask for more pay. The decision is still up to the employer, so I don't see what you're trying to get at. Do you want to make the minimum wage $0.00 so you can pay your employees a few pennies an hour while you horde all the wealth?

You're this close to realizing that Capitalism is a degenerate economic system.

The averages are misleading, since a lot of people make less than the average. The link you gave at the bottom says the minimum pay for a Packer or Laborer is $8/hour — which is less than the minimum wage in deep-red Arkansas.

Also, IDK where they're getting these numbers from; they just say:

When PayScale has limited employee submitted data, we estimate pay ranges based on a broader set of relevant profiles

Which means nothing.

Somehow Big Cereal has always remained under the radar despite their vast fortunes and immense geopolitical power. The most important meal of the day they said...

Did you know milk doesn't naturally contain vitamin D? They add it in as a way to try to convince people to buy more of it. Also, most human beings are lactose-intolerant, so it obviously ain't necessary enough to warrant it's own section on the food pyramid. It's also super fatty, so you should really try alternatives unless you want to gain weight.

There are so many crazy conspiracies like this that are true, but no one really talks about.
