Good for her! I like McGowan. Seems genuine.

Interesting that this is news on the daily beast. I guess Newsom and co will go the way of Cuomo. The system decides they're no longer worth propping up, and given they are on the way out, far better for the reported reason be that they were involved in Metooing people, rather for some failure of policy that people associate with the party.

Oh, she more than likely was telling the truth about Weinstein, but that doesn't mean she isn't also a nutcase. Same with the woman who accused Biden. Listen to any recent interviews with McGowan to get a sense of what she's really like.

There is a theory that serial abusers purposely target unreliable people to attack as they know they won't be believed.

That's an interesting theory. I imagine rapists target prostitutes, homeless women, and drug addicts more often than normal women for similar reasons. It's a tough world out there. Gotta always be on your guard.
