    Yes, this mandate can seem to be unconstitutional. More info:

    Biden's mandate is less restrictive than the aforementioned rule [Jacobson court case, 1905] because it allows workers to opt out of vaccination and instead get weekly COVID tests.

    If the GOP want this to go to the Supreme Court, they have political hacks in place at the Court to reconsider the Jacobson ruling of 1905, but this would not have an impact on the Biden Admin, because people can avoid taking the vaccine, as long as they take the tests. There aren't laws against testing.

    You post to propaganda sites just as much as other saidit users. Her views are an opinion, nothing more. The Supreme Court judges, who are supposed to be some of the best minds in law, they don't even agree on everything. Their views are just opinions, but with more ramifications.

    None of what she says is at issue. What is at issue are topics that you will ignore time and time again. If Biden got up on stage and admitted to all of the lies, would you call it a GOP plot to take down the Left?
