Well, this certainly seems corrupt and punitive. Especially since this case never went to trial, how does the judge know the claims were false?

Here's a copy of the complaint. It has very detailed accusations about how the Dominion Voting machines were set up and supposed illegal actions on election night. Not sure how the Judge can feel so comfortable getting so descriptive about all of these claims. Either they're true or they aren't. How does she know?
