    The program, they said, was designed for contact tracing if a student tests positive for COVID.

    Seems fair enough. Sure the parent missed out on the opt-out form, which is a communications error, but the lasting harm here is nothing.

    The tweet by Robby Starbuck ramps up pretty fast:
