Yes, I think a critical part of the plan is to create the precedent for regular "updates". Over time they will selectively target certain haplogroups for elimination by rendering them infertile (or at least impairing fertility in a statistical sense). This is relatively easy to do in principle (from a computational perspective) although creation of the right molecules/antibody-conjugates is of course a bit tricky; since the surest delivery system is intravenous they need the vaccine mandate.

As for which haplogroups they will target, that's what 23-and-Me is for (combined with FB and other social media). With a large enough data set it is possible to conduct a GWAS that will allow one to find genetic predispositions to certain behaviors.
