That "1,000 times the damage" was not done by people who thought they can overthrow the government by storming the capitol. Insurrectionists brought zip ties with them so they can take prisoners. Being that too many cops in law enforcement are white supremacists, they want to deflect attention away from their white supremacist bretheren. I'm surprised they did not deflect to violence in Chicago.
