Melton's tweet followed with a photoshopped image attempting to make it look like a tweet that Ocasio-Cortez had written: "It’s vital that Governors maintain restrictions on businesses until after the November Elections because economic recovery will help Trump be re-elected. A few business closures or job losses is a small price to pay to be free from his presidency. #KeepUsClosed."

If you genuniely believed that your policies were better than the democrats, you wouldn't need to lie about what the democrats position is.

It should concern republicans that their representatives are lying to them to get them to vote for them. It implies that they don't think that there's a good fact-based reason to vote for them.
