You do realize 55% of Americans support Medicare for All? By your logic: every single Democrat, Republican, and Independent should be in favor of it, just because it has a slim majority of support.

You're right that the system is working as intended, but it's intended to only represent billionaires. First-Past-the-Post is broken.

They socialize corporate bailouts, they socialize industrial death, they socialize draconian police-states, they socialize perks for government workers, but they won't socialize any well-being for their debt-slaves.

The entire system is rigged for full spectrum dominance, control, and exploitation.

They can't even pass a public option, even though 56% of Republicans support having one.

This is why I'll never be a Republican: only economic Libertarians get elected, leaving populist Republicans unrepresented. Trump was the closest we ever got to a real Populist — especially when he came out in support of a $2k check — but in the end: he didn't get no'n through (not entirely his fault, though).

The Reform Party doesn't really have a stance on Medicare for All, but Rocky supports it. I think I lean towards a system like what France has, where non-profit, consumer co-ops pay for health insurance, rather than socialized medicine or a public option.

Regardless of what I support, the Republican Party should do a much better job at representing its voters.

What you fail to understand is that poll was rigged from the start to show the majority wanting it when the majority doesn't want it. Stop believing in polls, they are all rigged.

He has a point, as my sociology profesor used to say, "if my surveys don't give my employers the answers they want, people stop hiring me." There are a number of tricks to accomplish that, but self reported surveys are pretty much one of the worst kinds of scientific research and it's used a lot in pharmacology particularly, which is troubling.

If you want me to disregard a specific survey: you have to show me evidence of why it's fake; you can't just tell me "it can be fake, therefore it is" — because that would mean everything is fake, which is obviously not true.

By your logic: your account could be a CIA psyop, therefore: it is.

There's just an inherent problem with all surveys. They should all be looked at skeptically imo. Of all the sciency ways to collect data, surveys are the least trustworthy since it relies on self reporting and not experts or experimental data.

No. That's pretty reasonable. If you're relying on something that is unreliable, doesn't make for the best result outcome. It just makes for the best reported outcome.

There's a difference between looking at so'm skeptically and pretending every bit of evidence that you might be wrong is fake. You wouldn't be saying this, if it showed majority disapproval.

Surveys suck, but they ain't all purposefully faked. I have yet to see any evidence of this one being fake.
