He's almost certainly going to be disbarred.

Lawyer Disciplinary Agencies have some trash to take out post Trump. Nice to see that they're getting around to it.

It doesn't auger well for Sidney Powell's career in Law going forwards.

No surprise that you fully support political persecution. You are the problem.

He's not being disbarred for his politics. He's being disbarred for lying.

A lawyer specifically can't do that.

Sidney's told some of the same lies.

It's certainly true that there was a lot of lying done for Trump. But again, that's not the politics. Take away the lying, and with it the self-enriching policies at the expense of democracies all over the world, and I have no problem with trump except his tacit support of racism and religious discrimination.

Huge tax breaks for the rich, running up the country's national debt? Fine. The US can support a large debt for the moment. Why not live a little. Future generations will pay but also benefit from the infrastructure and technology developed.

Economic protectionism? Fine. By withdrawing from the TPP, Trump handed economic hegemony to China. Small measures to counter that are probably sensible.

Reducing government? Fine. Unfortunate that the pandemic response team was disbanded, just a couple of years before the pandemic struck. The problem has been his lying about it.

He's a bit towards the pro-business anti-consumer side. I think his relaxation of environmental standards will affect the health, intelligence and well-being of Americans in the years to come, and he accounted for the externalities of climate change to the oil and gas industries by saying that climate change is a Chinese conspiracy.

Do they do anything else?

Apparently you get disbarred for it.

If they do it in front of a Judge it would often be Perjury, which also gets you up to five years in prison.

You wouldn't think that that's the case when you hear people like Rudy speak, but a they are surprisingly straightforward about this.

As if there was anybody who didn't see this coming. This political persecution will not end as long as the alphabet agencies continue to exist. They are, by far, the greatest enemy the people have ever faced.
