No. Every citizen IS one share of said corporation, owned by some "special people".

If each citizen is a share, then they own it. How does someone else own it/them?

No. If each citizen is a share, then the citizens ARE OWNED by the owners of the corporations. You own a corp by owning its shares. It's slavery under another name, really.

And if you think it isn't, think again: all that US corporate debt, to the tune of 170 trillion, is using THE CITIZENS as the collateral. The US corporation "government" borrows trillions from the Fed, which is owned by a gang of banksters, and YOU are the collateral.
