Proof idiots and shit for brains are running the country, Federal Law Under 18 U.S.C. § 922(d), it is unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person “has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution.” So now that the SUPREME COURT say's it violates the 4th Amendment any crazy person can own guns.

Federal law is null and void when it conflicts with the constitution. That's just SCOTUS doing its job.

You think police being legally allowed to enter your house against your will without a warrant is worth it if a handful of crazies get their guns taken away earlier than they would have otherwise (i.e after getting a warrant in response to them being committed)? If so, I strongly disagree. I'll take the fallout from the handful of deaths resulting from this ruling if it preserves our 4th Amendment rights.
