        Receiving state privilages in a limtied liability capacity ie, under incorporation still would mean Trump would have to be expelled of these privilages and jailed for doing what he did whislt holding public office, so too Biden, or at least tried in supremem court.

        Trump held private Quasi private-public Executive office functions for US corp. from 2016 to 2020. His crimes are noted and he should be tried for treason as should Biden but to actually answer your question because it appears nobody actually knows US law anymore Daddy Drumpf is NOT A REGULAR STATUS US CITIZEN.
