The DoD cannot mandate an experimental 'vaccine' under an Emergency Use Authorization.

I don't think you understand the situation. Until their contract is up a person in the military is a slave with no rights. The military routinely performs medical experiments on them, often without them even being aware of it. There is a reason none of the "vaccines" I was given in the navy were recorded in my medical record.
