Basically she doesn't know much of anything and doesn't even seem to fully understand the counting process. This is a bunch of nothing.

If you read the actual transcripts, she does spend most of the time saying "I don't know", "I wasn't there", "I'm not qualified to answer that", etc. Not 100% of the time but a good 85% of the time. To use the old lefty Hilary meme, it's a nothingburger.
