A medical doctor doesn’t understand what 98% oxygen means in a man who supposedly was choked to death.

A medical doctor understands what 98% oxygenation means.

I can only find the reference to 98% oxygenation in Dr Tobin's testimony when he was recalled to the stand to refute the defence's claim that George might have had a lot of carbon monoxide in his blood from the exhaust.

The significant is not the 98% oxygenation, but the 2% of everything else. Putting a maximum limit of 2% on how much CO there was in his blood.

The reason that the 98% wasn't significant was because this measurement was taken at the hospital, from George's wrist. So the body would have been given oxygen and CPR / cardiac pacing in the ambulance and possibly in the hospital, until his death was called. This attempt to save his life would have brought his oxygen saturation levels back up after his heart and lungs stopped the first time from the subdual, restraint and neck compression.

But a jury with an average IQ of 90 knows what’s going on.

Which is why they have expert witnesses explain the significance and detail of the evidence.

1) Because he didn't kill himself. There was a court case about that. It was found that he was murdered by Derek Chauvin.

Derek Chauvin has a history of violence against black people. One of the 18 complaints against him when he was a police officer, had video evidence of him hitting a 4-year-old black boy in the head with a flashlight so hard he required stitches, then holding him down with his knee for nearly 17 minutes, ignoring the boy's complaints that he couldn't breathe. And his boss from his previous job as a security guard has said "Chauvin was unnecessarily aggressive on nights when the club had a black clientele, quelling fights by dousing the crowd with pepper spray and calling in several police squad cars as backup".

2) George had paid his debt to society, and was turning his life around. After Floyd's release, he became more involved with Resurrection Houston, a Christian church and ministry, where he mentored young men and posted anti-violence videos to social media. He delivered meals to senior citizens and volunteered with other projects, such as the Angel By Nature Foundation, a charity founded by rapper Trae tha Truth. Later he became involved with a ministry that brought men from the Third Ward to Minnesota in a church-work program with drug rehabilitation and job placement services.

Even if they raised oxygen levels through artificial respiration, they should have been able to start his heart again unless he was on a lethal dose of fentanyl, WHICH HE WAS.

That is high school math. Men dominate the tail ends of the IQ spectrum. But once you get to advanced college level math and you’ve weeded out the dumbest 85% (~115) you will have about a 3:2 MF ratio. And if you take differential equations it will be 2:1 or 3:1. You’ve probably taken some of those sort of classes. Did you notice the gender ratio change by the 400s level courses? I sure as fuck did.

IQ has trade offs. Aussie abos have some of the lowest IQs in the world. Like 65 or 70. Except for their “visual memory” IQ. They average 119 in that area. But they cannot do math.

Women have IQ trade off too. They have improved communication skills generally, for obvious reasons within an evolutionary context. They are far less likely than males to be able to perform the abstract spatial thinking required for advanced stem. Not that it matters. The pulmonary doctor was pretty clear that the video of George showed someone dying of lack of oxygen, not an overdose.

It is known that the 11 mg/l is entirely possible to survive, because the toxicology witness showed that 25% of people charged with DUI tested with more than that. And they were alive, and driving.

So the question is was 11 mg/l enough to kill George. And the answer is there's a plethora of evidence from the video and form the autopsy that showed that what killed George was not an overdose.

So it's possible that it wasn't enough to kill him, and it's not what he died of.

No. 25% white ancestry and good nutrition and white funded schools and medicine have bought them about 10 IQ pts above their west african counterparts. They have stalled. They are not getting better. They are getting worse. Colleges / jobs are simply dropping their standards. The bottom 14% stupidest whites are at or below the 50th percentile of African Americans. Half of african americans cant qualify for military service due to low IQ.

Agreed. But it's also perfectly possible to have that much and not die.

So the question is: "Was it what killed George?"

The answer is: "No. George died of lack of oxygen."

Yes. And there was none. Because someone dying of lack of oxygen is not the same as someone dying of an overdose. The responses of the body are different, and you can tell from the video which it was.
