Perhaps you need that reminder. Biden won. Deal with it.

      Yes. It would.

I'm not afraid of anything, but it's a waste of time, a waste of money, and wouldn't change the outcome even IF something was found. More than anything though, there's no need to entertain conspiracy theories. The taxpayers don't need to pay for a study to prove for the 1,000,000th time that the earth isn't flat either. If there was some irregularity, surely one of his lawyers would have been able to demonstrate that in court one of the dozens of time they had a chance to. Instead they said there was no proof and they weren't even alleging that there was any fraud. Then Powell defended herself in court by saying only an idiot would believe the election was rigged. The supreme court accepted one of his cases just so they could unanimously toss it. Dominion has sued agencies that were reporting fraud for defamation and not a single one of them has been able to back up their claims.

You're living in a fantasy world......and that's fine for you, but the rest of the sane, smart people are under no obligation to entertain ignorance.

      Again. Deal with it.

and wouldn't change the outcome even IF something was found

So if it was shown that Biden clearly lost you wouldn't want to know that? Election integrity shouldn't be a political football. It should be something everyone that's not a bitter vengeful partisan wants. If either side of the political divide unequivocally decides the other side must lose 'no matter what' you've doomed the country to a future armed conflict (or some type of serfdom or collapse). Don't you see that? There's no turning back from 'this half of the country is evil and must be subjugated'.

there's no need to entertain conspiracy theories

That's cool if you don't like conspiracy theories. You should be happy you live in a country with conspiracy theories though. It's a sign of free discourse. I wouldn't call people that question election results conspiracy theorists though. Especially if a proper audit has not been done. If you don't like conspiracies then allow this one to be put to bed with an audit.

The taxpayers don't need to pay for a study to prove for the 1,000,000th time that the earth isn't flat either.

Really not even close to the same thing. Rigged elections happen all over the world and the US is no exception.

If there was some irregularity, surely one of his lawyers would have been able to demonstrate that in court one of the dozens of time they had a chance to.

Our political, legal, business, media, and military classes are full of people willing to keep quiet to keep a paycheck. We've lost a lot of independence in our institutions. They've been systematically cleansed of what I call 'boy scout' type personalities that would risk their families and careers blowing the whistle. There are many instances in the modern area of thousands of people in a business or political apartus looking the other way as bad things happen. Acting like all that's needed is one lawyer and a court room to expose a corrupt presidential election is naive.

You're living in a fantasy world......and that's fine for you, but the rest of the sane, smart people are under no obligation to entertain ignorance.

We live in a country with individual rights. Not a two tiered system of 'sane' and 'dumb'. You don't have the right to shut down anything and especially not in the name of 'I'm smarter than you'.

He really didn't. It's actually pretty funny that he says this

Election integrity shouldn't be a political football. It should be something everyone that's not a bitter vengeful partisan wants

When that is literally exactly what he's doing. They're is 0 evidence of fraud. It's already been gone over and over and everyone who counts on up to the supreme court agrees nothing illegitimate happened. The only reason this is still being talked a lot is because trumptards like yourself are sore loser ctybabt snowflakes that cant cope.

I have every right not to listen to a blathering idiot. Just because you have the right to say something doesn't mean smart people who actually make decisions have to care.

There's been fucking audits and reviews out the ass, it's just you and this other idiot are too uninformed to know that.

He is right about thing though. It's not a two tiered system. Nothing at the level of the reviews you guys want had ever been done before and there has been more legit evidence of questionable elections in the past. So in the spirit of it not being two tiered, there is no reason conspiracy theory believing retards should get (any more) special treatment in this one.

You're delusional. No one is obligated to support your delusion. The fact that you actually believe any fraud claim is a sign of your lack of credibility and discussing with you any further would be waste of time. Election fraud believers are on the same level as people who think global warming isn't real, the earth is flat, essential oils have medical value, vaccines cause autism, vaccines implant microchips, aborted fetuses go in food, believe anything from project veritas, the moon landing was fake, MLM's are good way to make money, etc. Literally negative credibility.

      [–]send_nasty_stuff 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

and discussing with you any further would be waste of time.

      Lol. How convenient.

You literally don't follow reality. Idk where we're supposed to go. I can't discuss zoology with you if you think unicorns and the loch ness monster are real. This is literally a dead end. What else do you want me to say about it?

      [–]Der_DWSage 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Cranky because your old man can't even pull in 1 million views for the state of the union address, aren't you? The fraud is real, buddy.

      [–]Sendnoodles 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

You didn't address anything I posted. If it's real why did his own lawyers say in court, on multiple occasions that it's not and that they would not even allege that in court.

Also: I'm not a democrat, Biden is not "my guy", and I couldn't give a fuck about his youtube views because I'm not a teenage girl and I don't use social media engagement to measure the value of things.

      [–]Der_DWSage 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Suuuure you're not a Democrat. Nah, you're worse. A crusty 30 year old virgin with a lisp who still cries over Hillary when he's not defending Biden for free. You're a statist who wants the government to have so much control they can wipe his ass after a shit.

      Stay mad, butty!

Then Powell defended herself in court by saying only an idiot would believe the election was rigged.

From an article in theblaze.com: Powell's counsel went on to assert, "Such characterizations of the allegedly defamatory statements further support Defendants' position that reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process."

Claiming Powell is protected by free speech, it also argued, "Those members of the public who were interested in the controversy were free to, and did, review that evidence and reached their own conclusions — or awaited resolution of the matter by the courts before making up their minds."

You have to dig to find the full statements because the MSM wants to present Powell's statements out of context.

      [–]Sendnoodles 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

      From an article in theblaze.com

Enough said. As previously stated, you have no credibility. To even entertain the idea of fraud in the face of such overwhelming evidence that there was non and such a lack of evidence that there was only shows your ignorance and destroys any good standing you have to be talked to on an equal level. I repeat, I can't talk to you about zoology if you believe unicorns or loch ness monsters are real.

.....and just as btw, the courts DID make up their minds. They decided overwhelmingly that there was absolutely 0 evidence of fraud and therefore tossed ALL the lawsuits and certified the election. This includes republican and Trump appointed judges and his own lawyers.

      End of story.

      [–]Zapped 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

So those statements by Powell and her attorneys are false?

"As previously stated, you have no credibility"? What are you talking about?

      [–]Sendnoodles 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Yes. You're getting the picture. Everything powell says is false. And the thing about reviewing the evidence and letting "the people" make up their minds.......

The "evidence" was reviewed and it was found there was no evidence. That's the exact reason powell was having to defend herself in court. And the people did decide. That's why trunp isn't president anymore. There were like 50 court cases about it and Trump literally lost them all.

      [–]Zapped 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I respect your opinion on this matter, but I think you got me mixed up with another user.

I wasn't asking if you thought Powell's statements were false. I was asking if you were saying that theblaze.com wrote a false story misquoting Powell and her lawyers. There's a big difference in listing the quotes "no reasonable person would believe there was fraud", and "no reasonable person would believe there was fraud unless they heard the evidence for themselves".
