Twitter enforces it's rules in bad faith, therefore §230 does not apply, and it's liable for death threats published there.

I object. Assuming facts not in evidence.

I saw that on Law & Order once.

They have been openly conspiring to threaten, attack and murder Andy Ngo for over a year now, with no consequences. I'm confused as to why this has been allowed to continue in an age where people are selectively charged and face years in prison for far less. It is literally terrorism by any definition. The level of corruption, double standards and political interference in federal law enforcement has reached proportions only seen in the third world at this point. This is unprecedented in modern American history.

People need to document every act of violence, threat, and intimidation done by anti affiliated groups so that they can one day be held legally accountable for their actions. It's obviously not going to happen under the corrupt oligarch owned regime we have now, but those that aided and abetted it can one day be held to account. Those members of the "media" that provided propaganda for them should also one day have to answer for their actions.

The amount of hatred, harassment, and threats he gets just for being a journalist is insane. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I wanted to move to Portland at one point, shit like this dispelled me of that urge.

They have completely destroyed Portland, which is now facing record homicides and crime. It's a city ruled by fear and paranoia, lorded over by a mafia like group that is aided by the media and corrupt oligarch funded officials and politicians. In Seattle they even had antifa gunman patrolling the streets of self annointed autonomous zones. It looked like something out of Somalia with self appointed warlords holding court over captive citizens. They ended up shooting up an SUV with teens inside, murdering and severely wounding one, then conspiring to cover up their crime. No one was ever charged for the attack despite the antifa "security" caught on video bragging about the killing.

That was the CHAZ in Seattle last summer, unless that's happened twice (God I hope not.) I saw cell phone video taken from a distance all over Twitter the next day and it seems like it's disappeared.

Yep. It is a war where only one side is fighting and controls the media.

Maybe it will get easier after they get vaccinated.

I would mirror it towards the Twitter CEO.
Start with. "Hey. Is it OK if I wrote this stuff about you?"
So they can not attack you for retweeting this.
