Don't for the narrative of an unarmed 13 year old boy shot by cops. Kid had a gun and was shooting randomly at people and cars. Cop shot him when he pulled it out.

    Dumb hoodrat, there might have been a way to keep himself alive but not pulling a gun like this, it seems the Cop was quicker on the draw.
