they're a private company, can ban you. Conservatives with their own social media platforms ban liberals so it's fair game.

Partially private. Publicly funded via DARPA etc. You should know this. You should also understand how the technocracy is funneling the sheeple onto platform monopolies, essentially public squares or commons - for their "authoritative" sources.

After winning their Supreme Court case against the NYT I would expect that Project Veritas' chances in this case would be pretty good. Can't wait to see the videos PV will release of all Twatter's deposed shitheads squirming under oath. Dorsey is a pos and twitter deserves a good spanking.

    Legislation is the only way forward, which won't happen. Suing won't do shit.

    Absolute best case scenario from suing is that Big Tech will settle out of court. There's no winning through the courts.
