But why be intentionally ignorant about it? We all saw the video of it by now. She clearly thought it was a taser.

If you want to argue that making that mistake can not be called an accidental discharge then make that claim and we can discuss it. But clearly this bozo knows he can't defend the claim he believes so he plays this stupid game of ignorance.

Why are grown ass people such emotional, irrational children?

Accidental discharge is very easy to believe when the woman was retarded enough to think her pistol was a tazer.

Its as if women dont make good warriors and lose their heads in the heat of battle.

Who would have thought?

Negligent discharge, not accidental discharge. And this is what you get when you make diversity hires and cut funding.

I think you can make an argument for accidental if she thought it was a taser. But I agree. Not the best of the best.

Actually let the details fall where they may before inciting an immature mob response please. Society is on the verge as it is. So many factors to consider. Humans are also flawed imperfect beings. Add adrenaline and the sheer pressure put on our officers and mistakes will happen. It will be investigated and consequences will come from it.

That's why people rioted to begin with, cops are often not held responsible for the consequences of their actions.

[–]InvoluntaryHalibut 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

That’s not why people rioted. People are rioting because they are being whipped up in to a racial frenzy by a small number of billionaires that control the MSM to intentionally start a race war.

The fact that about a dozen or so young black men a year like GF— who tick all the boxes of the DSM-V criteria for psychopath/sociopath— are shot while resisting arrest by cops in circumstances that could have gone better is not the problem.

That is an issue that is dwarfed by black crime: tens of thousands of murders, assaults, and robberies every year, mostly on other blacks. That is the elephant in the room. Black lives don’t matter to this crowd, its a scam. A political scam to distract from what the real problems are.

Every single one of these BLM martyrs is a psycho. This Daunte guy found out some girl he was partying with had $800 on her, and he choked her and threatened her until she gave it up. Then he lost bail when he was caught with a firearm. Then he tried to escape arrest in this incident, because he was a psycho. He died because he is a psycho.

But we need more training so that psychos don’t get hurt while trying to elude capture. We need more consequences for cops trying to wrangle psychopaths.

The problem is psychopaths. We can’t have nice things in this country if we let psychos roam free. The quality of your lifestyle is incumbent upon regular collection of psychopaths. Why does the justice system keep releasing psychopaths? There is no cure for what is wrong with these people. Talking to the prison shrink wont fix them. Normal people are not safe around the Ahmaud Arbery’s of this world. Why are the oligarchs lionizing them in the media? Why do you fall for it?

Involuntaryhalibut, that shit needs to be on th top of the front page. Well spoken. THAT is why Soros is giving money to district attorneys, it is tearing the country apart. Legally.

while resisting arrest

That's the catch all charge that explains away why cops beat someone. It's wildly abused. If you struggle while they hit you, they call that resisting arrest. And I speak from personal experience here.

I agree it isn't a race thing though. There's, I am sure, a few racist cops out there but in general cops just like to bully people. You never see on the news when they beat up a white guy but they love doing that too.

Yes and I agree with you that there are issues with that. I don't think they are nearly as frequent as the media portrays it to be. Personally it feels to me as if the MSM is making a massive push to start a race war. We have no cool heads in the media. They know fear sells. Or worse than that they have an objective of keeping us divided.

Or worse than that they have an objective of keeping us divided.

Of course they do. Corporations and government are run by people that have zero loyalty to this country and they are looting it hand over fist now. It is a free for all at this point and they are piggies at the trough. This economy is a massive ponzi scheme.

Its so depressing. I love this country so much but the swamp is real and we are screwed.

There really is no political solution anymore. The solution is radical economic and cultural reform. The entire bureacracy, not just the government but wall street, insurance, universities, banks, are massively corrupt. We need to starve them. And we need to strengthen our culture by going back to monogamy and ‘clean living’ — sorry to be so corny. Conservatives need to unify and start shunning people that are not on board. We need to make some radical changes. We can do it . We are not made of candy. We didn’t just fall off a christmas tree. We got a little soft. Now we have to get hard again.

Yeah, I have been wondering why suddenly asian violence is a hot topic. I assume covid fatigue, the news peddlers want a new story about a race war.

I don't think they are nearly as frequent as the media portrays it to be.

I've experienced it personally when I was younger and living in a lower income area. If you're living in a middle class area they don't mess with you, but poor people can't do anything if they're abused. The police force attracts people who like power so naturally some of them are going to abuse it.

Now the even bigger problem is that these aren't rogue cops. They don't work alone. Everyone has to turn a blind eye to it.

But I don't think it's a race thing, I think it's a cop thing.

When you've seen video after video of cop killers during traffic stops, you understand there is a different dynamic going on in the minds of police officers. A lot of times, it's very low key until the killer pulls out his gun. There was a recent one in New Mexico. If you're observant, you'll see police officers constantly looking at the hands of everyone around them, even while off duty.

New version:DIVERSITY HIRE FAILS TO HANDCUFF PERP WHILE 2ND DOUBLE DIVERSITY HIRE FUCKS UP AND SHOOTS PISTOL THINKING IT'S HER TAZER. DIVERSITY PERP HAD IT COMING AND THE WORLD HAS BEEN IMPROVED.

THE MORAL OF THE STORY? PICK ONE, THERE'S PLENTY TO GO AROUND. I like "Fuck around and find out."

Yeah there are some silver linings to this story.

I saw the mom interviewed on a Good Morning America segment. Plenty of tears for the unfairness of it all and her baby etc. But didn’t mention his arrest for aggravated assault and robbery. She’ll be a millionaire by the end of the year, thanks to her abysmal mothering and genetics. Im consoled by the fact that she’ll blow through it in five.

Accidental discharge doesn't mean the officer is not at fault here.

It means she is a dum-dum but it doesn’t show malicious intent.
