The smelly barbarians and mountain people who eat rocks in eastern europe is who i was clearly referring to and not the people whose culture was responsible for forming our highly sophisticated and complex institutions which no other civilization has matched and has to concede and adopt those institutions to achieve a 1st world nation.

My point was that when you have a mixed ethnicity (even if it's all European), that there's different cultures and subcultures throughout the entirety of Europe. Different architecture, different styles of art, different philosophies, different social structures all contributed towards what we have today-- not just 2, and not just the only ones that you personally consider important.

You ignored the rest of what I typed and just chose to attempt a pissing contest instead. High five.

you're being purposefully obtuse while pretending not to get what "elite" european culture is. A lot of what typical "straight white males" and the culture they worship is just mud hut village mountain people culture and doesnt reflect the greatness of the achievements of their people. You're doing the whole, "but...jiminy willickers! How? HOW can we possibly tell WHICH parts of our culture are superior and elite and which parts arent?"...you're playing a game of cultural relativism with me (which you're supposed to pretend to hate..arent you?) by trying to give me the "we're all blended and all european cultures are equal" bullshit. The cultures are divided by socioeconomic status and class and the village hut people is what a lot of people on here only have access to: religion, highly gendered personalities; i always thought straight men were crazy when i was younger for being so worried about women gaining power because in my mind, how can they be different? "Theyre just human beings with different genitals!?"...and the way you gender yourselves is primitive..and it ends up harming gay kids as well. Highly gendered women are obnoxious and so are highly gendered men. It's no wonder you people hate each other so much.

You made assumptions about someone replying to your comment. Asinine assumptions. You continued on and misinterpreted what I said, then drove off with it like an F-150 with truck nuts. How do you propose to successfully inform anyone of your point of view when all of your comments end up as personal attacks?

"White" is determined by melanin. Anyone can be born white by nature of biology and the enigma that is genetic code. Ethnically European Americans are still Americans. Our ancestors took the boat. We emigrated away from there under whatever shitty circumstances were going on in Europe, or opportunities presented themselves here. There's an ethnic tie, but it's to the individual regions that our ancestors hailed from, not Europe as a whole, and sometimes not even exclusively Europe. Austria doesn't play a role in my heritage if I don't have any ancestry from there, does it? And how absolutely narcissistic it would be for me to take credit for anything done by those that are long dead, ancestral ties or not. I didn't say anything about regions contributing equally-- only that there's many cultures and that many contributed, nor did I say that they're blended. Nice pull towards the victim card though.

You keep bringing up degeneracy as a big operative term in all of this. What is your definition of degeneracy? I never said anything about liberals either, nor a specific hatred towards anyone or anything at all. You're right about me being North American, but I not only have close relatives in Europe, I'm married to an Eastern European. I just described the situation with those coming in from South of the border in my previous comment to you, and I brought up the cheap labor bit then, so why would it be difficult for me to understand that some money hungry party played into the situation going on throughout Europe as well? That's nearly always the case. This isn't an issue of liberals versus conservatives. This is an issue of governments being involved too strongly with big business, and keeping everyone too focused on social issues, material bullshit, and getting off to give a shit about the big picture.
