Many left publishers are now "opinion outlets" instead of news-agencies.
That way they stay out of legal consequences, but we have to mark them as main spreaders of fake news.

yep. The Failing NYT just last week used in defense of their court case against Project Veritas that all their articles are Opinion pieces. Same thing happened in the Rachel Maddow Lawsuit where her lawyers stated that her show isn't news and shouldn't be treated as such.
