Yep, many people know, but the most they'll do is timidly click a "thumbs up" to something like this, but not share. That is a huge problem.
One could share and innocently ask "Is this true?" just to surrepticiously raise awareness or maybe even confirm that almost everybody in their circle know this already.
The main problem isn't that not enough people know. The main problem is that most of the people who know, believe they are nearly alone in knowing. Not knowing how much support you do or don't have near you is deadly.
