There shouldn't even be a trial. The guy died of drug over dose, simple as that. There are far worse examples of police brutality. If it wasn't for the democrat party manipulating blacks against whites and the police so they could extort money for Act Blue, no one would even know about that murder. It would just be another black loser over dosing.
