Clickbait title because it's not a slip. She made a conscious decision to phrase it this way. You should know by now that the masses are propagandized to the point that they will find this normal.

I think it's all largely irrelevant now. The people will obey.

I think it was a slip-up of not knowing one's audience. This is how you'd phrase it if you were pitching it up to a room full of people parallel to you or over your head within an organization. They took a person who typically presents before groups like that and put her on television. These people are so cloistered and up their own asses that they forget the cameras broadcast out of the building.
