I'd prefer the HUAC over Antifa.

HUAC began as antifa, ironically. It was created by Rep. Samuel Dickstien (D NY) for the purpose of hunting for Nazi sympathizers. It bears mentioning that this was years before the Holocaust was framed to have transpired. Mainly, the committee got tangled up in trying to prove a conspiracy theory called The Business Plot which claimed that the industrialists were assembling a fascist army to overthrow FDR. It was based on the claims of a low-ranking Army officer who claimed that he was approached by shadowy figures in a hotel room. That testimony came via the famed Smedley Butler, the Jesse Ventura of his day.

In any case, after the fall of the USSR, it was learned that Rep. Samuel Dickstien had been a paid KGB asset the whole while.

They where actual Anti-Fascists, unlike the contemporary left, which employs similar tactics to Hitler and the Nazis.

I believe such a plot was conspired in the minds of angry men, however, I do not believe Butler's account of the matter; wouldn't McArthur be the obvious pick after crushing anti-Capitalist protests?

Now that's rather ironic (and supports my theory of Communists infiltrating the government). I honestly wouldn't doubt it if McCarthy was being paid too — not by the Soviets, but rather by rich Capitalists.

I mean the first part, yes. "antifa" is just bolshevic terrorism. It's how communism manifests itself before it takes over a state. So, yes, genocidal butchers and tyrants like Yagoda and Beria were the original antifa along with KGB-funded stooges like Dickstein.

Now that's rather ironic (and supports my theory of Communists infiltrating the government).
