I can't stand Chuck, but he's not wrong this time, unfortunately. States are infringing on the right to vote just like the courts are infringing on the right to bear arms.

Do not agree with you. What is being proposed is everyone can vote regardless of residency and citizenship. It is an effort to complete Federalization of the Country and make everything subject to the Federal Bureaucracy.

Imma need a source on this, because citizenship is still absolutely required to vote under the new proposals.

SB1 does not require voter ID, therefore, no real way to ascertain if a person is a citizen and resident.
