Women Apply to Fewer Jobs Than Men, But Are More Likely to Get Hired

Maybe there's an evolutionary aspect of humans, which has been previously unidentified.

Secrets of a sex-changing fish revealed

We may take it for granted that the sex of an animal is established at birth and doesn't change. However, about 500 species of fish change sex in adulthood, often in response to environmental cues. How these fish change sex has, until now, been a mystery.

First women put on pants suits.

Years later, men put on dresses and inverted their penises.

Hypothesis: The transgender tipping point is correlated with the probability of "getting hired".

Edit: This "theory" is absurd beyond consideration. I'm just having fun.

Hutts. No, really, look it up on Wookiepedia, legends. Hutts change genders to basically impregnate themselves, the nasty slugs.

But are hutts really mammals though? Aren't they more like huge larva?

    Yeah, they are over-grown maggots.
