Maybe there's an evolutionary aspect of humans, which has been previously unidentified.

We may take it for granted that the sex of an animal is established at birth and doesn't change. However, about 500 species of fish change sex in adulthood, often in response to environmental cues. How these fish change sex has, until now, been a mystery.
First women put on pants suits.
Years later, men put on dresses and inverted their penises.
Hypothesis: The transgender tipping point is correlated with the probability of "getting hired".

Nope, most businesses out there know that transexuals are unhinged and a huge potential liability, even in the Silicon Valley, sure they'll hire a few of them to look woker than woke, but they are not completely stupid. "diversity hires" are a thing.
