And, precisely, what would these DHS-inspired volunteers do at the border ?

If you touch an illegal alien, you are going to jail for assault. Possibly with the “hate crimes” rider on it making it a ten year sentence.

Are you gonna stand there and yell at the illegals? What good would that do ?

Even if volunteers rushed to the border, what would they do to stop the flow of illegal migrants?
