The bill is most certainly unconstitutional. However the US is well past adhering to the constitution. With this past fraudulent election the US was officially and completely take over by a socialist/communist regime that seeks to destroy the US constitutional republic and bring the country under permanent one party rule. Totalitarian socialism is what they seek.
