Race is a real social construct that has real impacts on people's lives. IF you are "colorblind", you're just ignoring the profound impact that racism has on people of color.

and by ignoring it... you're not adding to the problem .. if everyone ignored it... there would be no problem.. by not ignoring it, you are adding to the problem... because that is what racists do. It really doesn't matter if the racist is well intentioned or not.
