This class is designed to enable Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, or other people of color underrepresented in the sport of rock climbing

Is there someone/something prohibiting them from rock climbing in the first place?

basically, people of color first trained us to not be racist towards them and now they pushed whites out of the game.

now, it is blacks that are racist.

No, unless one considers class differences.

One could argue that a rock climing course designed to be more inclusive to under-representated or traditionally marginalized people is itself really calling into question the conflation of racial descrimination with problems of access due to class status.
