I have no qualms with a revolution, if it is a new and improved version of a revolution, one not seen by man before.

there are a few revolutions that were good throughout history you know, like the british one or the chinese one that got rid of the emperor. but there are too few of them and afaik the british one was really the only one that has a positive and lasting benefit. and then there are independence wars and uprisings, america, india, etc. but in that case the enemy is a foreign one not a domestic one. in other words you do not have to live with them once the thing is over. so if you were to trade social change by investing in revolution per say, it's not a very good investment when you look at the historic data. or else you're looking for a different word.

like how? so like, github has this social impact tag, which has many social impact projects, some of which are pretty nice. lots of these are lefty projects or at least done by lefties but there is a full parler download kinda thing trending a while back. so being a programmer in real life, that's what i'd do at first: contribute to projects proposed by trusted people, like richard matthew stallman and such. i can see how others in democratic countries take to the streets and manipulate the market on reddit and such too. are your ways like these?

    i would not call those projects 'manipulating minds' though. if you were to spend this much time talking about this subject with me you must care about this to a reasonable degree (or else quit this and do other things). backing things up has no effect on other people other than telling them 'look, those things also exists'. and this access to information, to both sides of the isle, so to speak, is quite important to a healthy mind imho. we make decisions based on what we see, and if that can be manipulated we're pretty much done for. in that case, no matter how sane we are we are but puppets to the sum of sources of our information.

    i have no idea of a good part of what you said, honestly, like what 'embryonic children' means. please be clear.

      well, revolution always starts with the mind. eric hoffer has this book called 'true believer' in which he analyzed this in detail. to a sophisticated politician, arms are just means to an end and the end is oftentimes a belief or an ideology. this has nothing to do with the level of technology and has everything to do with human nature. for a more dramatic story, see' brexit: the uncivil war'.

      now, i believe one needs to make up his own mind after presented with a complete spectrum of information.

      i have no idea what these 'true creators' and 'embryonic stages' came from. is this your own theory or could you provide a source? is this more from a philosophy or from 4chan (based on the attitude toward big corporations there) or something in between?
