This appears to be a spinoff of the old bob dobbs cartoon (from the Church of the Subgenius) where the one guy was telling the other, while pointing a gun at his head... Kill me or I'll kill you!!

Perhaps that cartoon from the 30ish year old book was just reflecting an aspect of reality? There do appear to be many people these days intent on abusing others until someone will finally give them the peace they're desiring.

It can't be very enjoyable to endure the psychological torture of holding leftist beliefs.

Article is being disingenuous. Did no one else notice the date on the tweet? He wasn't referring to "kids of Trump supporters" in general, he was referring to the kids from Covington Catholic that had been falsely accused of surrounding some native american guy so they could jeer at him and harass him. If you only saw the clip that was being passed around on Twitter, they did seem like a bunch of assholes.

And he was far from the only guy that reacted like this. Tons of high-profile people posted awful shit like this because they took the clip at face value. That doesn't make it OK, but for this is the same garbage website that was falsely claiming wind power was the reason for the power outages in Texas, when in reality it was loss of natural gas power that was primarily responsible.

Why do you assume that after a mountain of evidence of them getting it wrong, that they're even remotely motivated by getting it right? You'd have to assume they're the most dysfunctional and inept entities to ever exist, if they so constantly and consistently get things wrong. Truly they're deserving of empathy by somehow managing to be so bumbling and inept again and again.

It's almost as if this aligned behavior across numerous news outlets is intentional.
