Of course the rich don't need a mask.

The masks were always intended on being a mark of submission or servitude. The Powerful Elite can't be forced to actually see the faces of the poor and working class people ... that might humanize the poor. This would interfere with the wealthy elites' ability to make inhuman decisions that impact the lives and well-being.

OTOH, if the poor are nameless and FACELESS people, the wealthy can take the course of action that they please without being concerned with little things like a 'conscience' or 'morality'. Thus, they make the poor bastards wear masks. To conceal their faces. Not to protect people from a 'virus' that is extremely exaggerated.

We don't need people to be faceless. From the genocides in Rwanda or Burma or may other places, from Saddam Hussein gassing his own to Stalin.... the British, the Roman's, the good old USA. None had or needed masks to behave the way they did.

It's the very nature of our spices. No one race or country can claim otherwise. Those that due only add fuel to the fire.

I dont belive masks will change how those with power act. I believe masks are a weak and ultimately useless symbol of an attempt to try and control and uncontrollable situation.

Personally, my seasonings aren't genocidal

I like the classic salt and pepper, with a generous amount of garlic and a touch of onion.

If anyone happens to find themselves flying with these schmucks, then you could have fun with it.

They board first.

Wear mirrored sunglasses, a hat, and a large mask.

When boarding the plane and passing through their area. STOP AT EACH ROW AND GIVE EACH PASSENGER A GOOD LONG STAAAAAARE!

Stand there long enough to make every one of them uncomfortable.

Loudly whisper, "Bear witnessssss..."
At each row, as you pass.

You can clearly see their face, and reaction.

It's unnerving to be stared at by an expressionless witness.

It's all harmless fun. ;-)

The problem is people still complying but also making others comply. In an ironic/symbolic way the masks are proof our society is sick with something much worse.

It's the same story with all virtue signaling. It doesn't have to make sense. It's like a tradition that is not relevant anymore. You still do it just to do it. To maintain an in group. To see who is in your group and who isn't.

What? If you're in steerage class you have to wear a mask? Must be scrubking's joke. Tell me it is a joke. NEVER take American or United; they really suck. Singapore and Malaysian are two top class airlines—waay better than the ones I mentioned—for one thing, they feed you, and not five dolla cheese & crackers.

Malaysian are the best, unfortunately too many of their plane crashed because nature, conflict zone etc

I think a certain ME country is involved in those crashes but am not sure of what the reason for it is. That's why a Boeing 777 is parked on Diego Garcia. Friendly air hostesses and good food on Malaysian.

this reflects American society, the rich are exempt from the law. Only the poor get put in prison, taxed, raped by the government. But the rich, the rich are coddled, protected, and exempt from plebian rules and regulations.

I'm pretty sure the richest and the poorest have the biggest risk of spreading covid.

Both because they are more likely to mix with people outside their household inside.

People that have more money than the normies are smarter and will be less likely to agree to stifle their oxygen intake to make people around them get less stressed about social ramifications for not berating people that like to breathe.
Those same wealthy people said, "okay, I'll just spend my money elsewhere" and the result has been, clearly, this particular company saying, "Please! We didn't mean it!"

They're lucky to be in an airplane with no air movement in the cabin.
