Unconstitutional. Private enterprise and free trade between the states. Oh, wait- sure- they can do that. Why the fuck not...

The courts will just refuse to hear the arguments or dismiss it outright.

There's no working justice system enforcing the law right now. Or at least politically it's operating very different from how it should. Without that, the constitution is worthless.

Yes. That has already been proven worthless. The patriot bill saw to that.

Yeah that’ll stop covid dead in it’s tracks I’m sure. All these lockdowns and restrictions to basic freedoms have done fuck all. We’re almost at the one year anniversary of “15 days to flatten the curve” if that doesn’t demonstrate how shitty government is at managing things I don’t know what will.

You mean forcing everyone to congregate at the same two stores in town doesn't slow the spread?

Biden is trying to make Florida an independent country

One fall-out from this will be that people will chose to drive themselves instead of flying or using public transportation, resulting in a rise of vehicle pollution.

If a 737 flew to every place its individual passengers went, it would probably put out just as much pollution.

"Whoopee do; I brought 200 people from Atlanta to Dallas! Aren't I 'green'!" Except; where did those people start from, and where did they end up at the end of the day, in how many different vehicles?
