That is what happens when Marxists try to take over. People aren't really keen on it, so they start mobilising underclass youth as cannon fodder/muscle to try to scare them into submission.

    The elites regularly remove and punish dissidents who work through legitimate means. The federation is too big. People are too different to unite and organize, one state is too small to change anything.
