lol even if that WAS what was said..... thats better? Dumb dumb, even that shows how out of it he is. Thought Ive listened to this a bunch of times even using some of my music DAW software. Hes blatantly saying "I dont know what Im signing".

Yeah, but he said it as he was opening it up like some sort of senile bad santa with something else on his mind. Like when grampa says "now where were we...?" before even opening up the book for a bedtime story, except biden just seems to be implying he's used to signing shit away as if the action of signing shit away is a creative narrative process. Biden strikes me as an extremely totalitarian type of person already, judging by his voting record alone, let alone a career politician who signs whatever is put in front of him.
