Yep. A science podcast. If you delve into it a bit more, you can find the peer reviewed science the podcast story is based on. They aren't talking to anonymous 4chan trolls.

As a general rule, you can expect that most people are not interested in listening to an entire podcast to pluck the factual information out. If there were peer reviewed medical articles, link those directly if you want anyone to give your arguments the time of day.
