Good to hear. DC is one big honeypot this weekend. FBI and the media want a show which justifies their tyranny. Give them nothing to work with.

A good twist would be to have only our women of retirement age organize to appear to represent us. That way they don't get their narrative and we maintain a square-shouldered stance.

We are without power, without allies, without institutional support or material means. And they're hunting us.

Protest demonstrations are not a tactic which is available to us.

What we must be doing is talking to people and growing solid communities which are conscious of the political situation and hold solidarity among ourselves as we do it.

The system will grow more repressive. We need to build a strong alternative from the very foundations - community - on up before we can act against it effectively.

For decades I have been reading comments from armed patriots in the US saying "It's almost time" and " It's time" Well it's time alright, and they are all running for cover. If there was ever going to be a revolution of any type it would would have kicked off by now but as I have said, it's impossible without an army, it just can't happen and this proves it. But that will not stop these people from claiming in the future " It's Time" Time and time again.

I know nobody wants to hear this, but it's the obvious truth. It's over.

If you think it's not going to get worse, you need to check the precedents. It's definitely become intolerable, but any kind of hot response is suicide. The right doesn't even have the means to get legal representation for its political prisoners. Expectations of a hot conflict amounting to any kind of outcome which would be good for the right ought to have been extinguished with Dolittle's mortifying rally appearance. A bunch of little rightwing gangs popping off - uncoordinated, often mutually suspicious of one another - will sap social credit and accelerate repression beyond the point of recovery.

Avoid seeking catharsis in dreams of vanquishing the enemy. We need to be thinking more seriously about organizing for political power. We have none.

I think you are Correct. That is the only way forward this late in the game. The patriot party is now aligned with the left, obviously. You need a grass roots 3rd party.

Precisely. Let's just say things are in the works :) Don't worry it'll all be fine in the end. We're divided, demoralized, and confused, but with strong leadership and everybody spreading the word we can get people on board

Have you looked at the Australian One Nation party experience of a decade or so ago? There might be a few ideas there on what "Not to do". The leader pauline hanson had a huge groundswell of popular support and then the government and opposition, and every single independent turned on her. She was ridiculed by the mainstream media, as expected, and neo nazies and other infiltrators got within the party and caused it a lot of damage. In the end she was even jailed over a trumped up charge of election funds mismanagement. Our two parties are well entrenched, here, there, canada Uk NZ, everywhere in the western world.

Good luck.

Yeah there are lots of lessons in the last we need to learn from. They way is dangerous but needs to be tread

Avoid seeking catharsis in dreams of vanquishing the enemy

That’s profound. Is that paraphrasing something?

Also couldn’t agree more.

Thanks! It was the best way I could put it without sounding accusatory or using fedposty words. I really want people to get this. It's really bad, the situation. They're trying to drive us to acts of despair. I get why people indulge in these kinds of thoughts. But, like a drug, the dopamine rush of imagining yourself taking to the ramparts and finishing the fight in the street fades away and you're clocking in at work the next day feeling more powerless than before. What doesn't make you feel that way is talking with others, finding allies, growing community. It's especially difficult for people who are white and middleclass, who don't know who among them can be trusted. It's a minefield. Undertaking that one tactic which is available to us: reaching out to the people in our lives, is exhilarating when it succeeds.

This hits home.

Stick around. I like your commentary so far, and I'm hoping this community grows.

Likewise!

It's really not profound at all.

[–]wristaction 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

More prosaic than profound, but you agree with the point?

For instance, that embarassing thing with John Mark/Curt Doolittle basically exposed how fake and untenable a militia resistance is. Without real, nation-spanning communities of solidarity, your shootout with the feds is not political. It's a tidy law enforcement action to mop up an uppity gang. To pretend otherwise results in sad spectacles like we saw when a woman took Doolittle's microphone from him and he literally pissed himself and began stammering about the superior size of black phalluses. The 3%ers are keeping their powder dry. People may speculate that this is boomer comfort and cowardice, but I'm looking at the political situation and chalking it up to wisdom. The repression is only now directly affecting 20% of the population and remains in the realm of propaganda and information control. It's not time.

Even with an army, nobody except bums and naive kids wants to destroy society over it.

Exactly

that's right, keep up the fight, soon, soon it will be time, then you'll show them hey!

It's time.

But it's not time to walk into a well prepared trap that is ready to spin it how they want to.

Do not fight fire with fire. Deny them oxygen.

We need asymmetric unconventional 5GW back at them - along with flexible, resilient, sustainable, alternatives and solutions.

The primary battleground is in the minds of the sheeple. This is an information war for control of our minds.

plan carefully. execute.

OR run into a ring of armed soldiers and lose everything.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (7 children)

Nope. It is Conservatism that went to Washington DC and injured dozens of cops and kill a cop. How the fuck were you going to "stop the steal" without violence?

[–]wristaction 7 insightful - 2 fun7 insightful - 1 fun8 insightful - 2 fun -  (4 children)

There was only a peaceful occupation of the People's House by the people. The only violence that day was imposed by the state, which murdered an unarmed protester.

This wasn't like a Democrat rally where radical terrorists unload their guns into a child because they thought she was violating the perimeter of the street they've commandeered as an "autonomous zone".

[–][deleted] 4 insightful - 4 fun4 insightful - 3 fun5 insightful - 4 fun -  (3 children)

The last act of political violence is on the right. Whatever occupy wall street did might as well be a million years ago when it comes to how Americans remember violence. MAGA will be considered the violent bad guys from now until a Muslim murders a bunch of civilians again.

[–]wristaction 7 insightful - 2 fun7 insightful - 1 fun8 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Taking selfies and sitting in chairs is not "violence".

Nobody's forgotten Burn Loot Murder. It's what makes your white scare propaganda so facially absurd.

Those darned VIOLENT gay republicans!!!!

Dang, look at all that VOILENCE!) It's almost like we have CCP tier media in this country.

Criminals denying that they are criminals.

Also there are trump groups? As in more then one? Its kind of early for a cult to have denominations.
