although I like these alternative platforms the real casualty of censorship is unity and a chance for both sides to become less extreme. Gab looks like it's become a right wing echo chamber purely because the right wing voices have been banned from left wing platforms and so have migrated there. The left wing platforms have long been left wing echo chambers because of the censorship... hopefully saidit could become a platform for both sides, otherwise the divisions are going to just get deeper.
