An abusive family member can impose their will on other household members when we have mail in voting. Some states like to use mail in voting because it is cheaper. In Utah, they ID people for voting, but not mail in voting. I think their ID law was probably bogus if they think mail in voting is secure. I suspect that if voting is the exact same in every state, a bad actor only has to figure out a single hack to compromise an election. I don't think most poll workers or voters are willing to commit fraud, and if they are, we might have a bigger problem then the wedge issues these parties argue about.

A lot of states, using the Secretary of State office, relaxed their voting standards, against the laws set up by the state legislatures. That is what Texas had filed suit against. It is specifically in the U.S. Constitution that only state legislatures can make (or change) election laws. Article II, Section 1. There would have to be an Amendment to standardize all the state elections.

The coordination in (what seems to me) the swing states, even the ones Trump won, is what worries me. I hope I am wrong on my feelings about that.

Relaxed voting standards? What the fuck? I don't know where the nominal voting standard is anything other than

  1. be alive
  2. be a citizen
  3. be over 18
  4. not a felon
  5. live in the state

What the hell is a relaxed voting standard? Voting by internet as many times as you want? Giving white people 5 votes and black people 3 votes?

I'm with you. It's more the standards in vote authentication that I was talking about. I should have made that more clear. Not verifying registrations that the would-be voter fits one of those 5 (except some states that now allow some felons to vote), and then again not verifying that the actual person voted and on time. One of my father's neighbors got 3 mail-in ballots and got one for his underage daughter. He thought they were mistakes and threw them away. He know realizes he should have kept them. He also lives in one of the areas that supposedly got counterfeit ballots from China. I am still waiting on proof of the China accusation.

If your local voting systems are hacked, your community is responsible for fixing it. And I don't think voting systems ought to be uniform. Voting integrity ought to be somewhat local so a bad actor can't hack the entire system all at once. Where I live, if they make a death certificate, they remove you from the voter roles. I have also never seen a pet or child with a ballot. If China stole the election for Biden, since Trump is currently the president, Trump failed to secure America yet again. Have you noticed that the number of "illegal" votes just so happens to be the number he loses by? In 2016, he said 2.5 million non-citizens voted. He had 4 years to do something about it and did jack shit. One more reason Trump deserved to lose.

Like I said, I'm not convinced the machines were hacked or that China or any other foreign country had direct involvement in any voter fraud.

I don't think anybody cheated. But paperless electronic voting machines aren't easy to trust. The machines that have paper are better.

I really don't think the last election was stolen. Trump exceeded his polling again. But Biden was doing better than Hillary Clinton who barely lost to Trump in the electoral college. States where democrats couldn't hope to win had higher voter turnout from both Republicans and Democrats. California had more Trump supporters show up. But turnout for Democrats in California was also high. People were very motivated. And if Democrats cheated, cheating for Biden alone would have been extremely idiotic had they actually been the evil geniuses who could rig an election and get away with it.

I don't think the election was stolen by Democrats. I kinda expected Democrats to have done better than they did.

This post is literally about someone being charged with cheating.

Well, "anybody" I meant the people running for election and those operating the election. There were a bunch of individual Trump voters who voted illegally. Probably not enough to change the result in any state.
