The world's richest man(officially). Owns a fortune of billions. Is an engineer and has a vast arsenal technical personnel and expertise under his belt.

If we wanted,he could build a google, youtube, facebook, twitter and paypal. He could do it with his own money or simply start a project. Investors would flood in. He wouldn't even have to run it himself. Just appoint a CEO who is like minded. Just keep owner ship of the class-C stocks.

He doesn't have the will, because he's a member of the elite and in their pocket. Tesla is the most heavily valued car company in the world yet in terms of sale it doesn't even make it to the top ten.

Musk industries is transparently a front for the US military. The US officially cannot seek space based weapons so due to arms limitation treaties, so uses this private front to carry out their work. All done under the noble guise of a visionary wanting to go to mars.

Instead what he really makes is starlink which eases military communications and surveillance.
