Note: I think that the election was hacked by corrupt Democrats and their masters.
Mainly via the corrupt software. Not by China or any other country.

Outsiders would not even know how the system works, especially the legal system. Most will also have trouble with the language barrier. They could get the same result by paying a few millions here and there.
