Before WW1, 'international finance' was in its infancy. For most of their history in Europe, Jews were merchants and bankers but it wasn't until central banking that Jews consolidated global power. Many kings over the centureis have expelled Jews when their degeneracy, subversiveness and predatory financial practices became burdensome on nations' economies and this is the primary reason why they have spent so much effort to gain ascendency in business, banking, politics, entertainment and education globally. Now they're too powerful for any one nation to kick them out.

Hitler was the first man to flout their will since they gained this power. These days, anyone who does so meets the same fate. Hitler, Gaddafi, everyone ends up dead, their countries ruined. To dislodge Jews at this point, the efforts must be international rather than national.
